Within one year from the date of purchase, free repair service is provided for faults occurring under normal use. However, products used for commercial purposes, commercial leasing, or repaired by a third party are not covered by free repair.
After the one-year warranty period, labor and material costs will be charged for repairs or replacement parts. During the warranty period, if damage is caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or human factors, parts and material costs will still apply.
